We know that subjectivity is human and it's quite hard not to be influenced by someone's background or friendship.
That is why we want to give ideas same chances, no matter who they come from. You never know when a great idea comes from the new Gen Z intern who's fresh out of college and is crazy enough to take a chance in changing the world, or from the customer care expert who knows the inside outs of your clients' complaints.
